A refundable security deposit is required equal to one month's
rent (for qualified applicants)
Pet Fees
A one time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per pet.

Lease Terms
Minimum of 4 months.
Maximum of 12 months.
Short Term Premiums
4 to 5 month lease - $50.00 per month premium
6 to 11 month lease - $25.00 per month premium
Approved applications are subject to a $125.00 cancellation fee.
